Prerequisites: Student should know how to introduce themselves and answer how they are doing. This is a beginner class for students who have limited experience with speaking Spanish. Learners will be taught in an immersive setting with a powerpoint. Realia, body language, change of voice, and visual aids will be used to emphasize the target vocabulary and phrases. The topics covered in this class will be the Summer season. The weather we experience during the Summer and what clothes we wear during that season. Learners will be provided opportunities to talk to each other and the teacher in the target language via role-play and task-oriented activities. Students will be expected to actively participate during the entire class.

The student will be able to about the weather, the Summer season, and clothing worn in the Summer.

Hello, my name is Stephanie. I live in the sunny state of Florida. I have been working in the public school system for over ten years. My have my bachelor's degree in business administration. I enjoyed helping, teaching, and assisting others learn new things that I went back to get my Masters of Education from the University of Central Florida.
