This ongoing class will provide your child with a safe space to practice their conversational English. Students will have a chance to interact with teacher and peers in an informal way that will provide them real life experience with using the language. There will be no set lesson plans, however, the students will help direct the direction of the lessons. If students are too shy, I will have games we can play to start and guide the conversations. Classes will start with introductions. We will then go around and share something from our house we love (show and tell). Students will get a chance to ask each other questions after teacher models questioning techniques. After show and tell, students will have a chance to share whatever that's on their minds. They may also share their drawings, dancing skills, collections and etc. Students at this age love to share! So, this will give them a chance to do just that. This class is ideal for beginner/intermediate students who want to practice what they know.

Hi! My name is Ms. Biddle and I have been a public school teacher in California for 18 years. Teaching is my passion and I love connecting with children. I have taught general ed as a 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 5th grade teacher.
Having so much experience in the public education sector, I have been itching to teach more relevant topics. Public education is great! But it does have some holes. I will focus on teaching basic financial literacy, but will also offer fun classes in other subject areas. I wish my own financial literacy journey started way before the age of 38, but since it didn't, I want to make sure I provide that to others.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my 15 year old son and 5 year old daughter. We enjoy going on hikes, spending time at the beach, reading together or just playing some music and wiggling out our sillies! Reviews
