Class Experience

In this 3-day course, learners will learn and practice spoken Cantonese using adventure game with Chinese class story “Journey to the West”.   “Journey to the West” is one of the four classics of Chinese literature. Written by the Ming Dynasty novelist Wu during the 16th century.

SCHEDULE:
- Day 1: The magic stone (color and fruit vocabulary + 3 sentence frames)
- Day 2: The dragon king (Greetings and numbers)
- Day 3: Working in the stable (Shapes and sizes) 

LANGUAGE USE :

Learning Goals:
-To grow interest in learning Cantonese
-To enhance oral, listening comprehension in Cantonese
-To learn at 8+ vocabularies and 1+ sentence frame every class

2 hours per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

Scissors might be used, parental guidance is strongly recommended.
