Class experience
Students do not need any experience or knowledge prior to this clase de Español. My teaching style for this course will be teaching basic phrases and vocabulary through images and gestures/ motions. I have two years worth of experience living in Central America, specifically El Salvador and Guatemala. I am married to a Guatemalan so I speak Spanish each day with him and all my in-laws. Guatemala's Spanish accent is very neutral, which means I have adapted a neutral accent as well. Although I did not major in Spanish, I took many Spanish courses in high school and Ohio State University.
