Conversational ASL for Teens!
Come and have a conversation with me! In this class we will chat in ASL about a variety of topics. Constructive feedback about sign production, parameters, non manual markers and grammar/ sentence structure will be provided in real time.

A more in depth conversational sign language experience will be provided for learners who are intermediate to advanced skill levels. Come prepared with topics of your choice or I will provide the topics. Learners will receive constructive feedback in real time on their sign production, grammar/ sentence structure, and sign parameters. Learners will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to classmates. We will also discuss Deaf culture and values. This will be a "voices off" class and conducted only in sign language, as the students should already have a good grasp on the language.
Learning Goals
Students will improve upon their conversation skills and receptive skills in American Sign Language as well as fine tuning their actual sign production.
