Class Experience

For as often as we sing the classic Christmas ditties, we don't often analyze the words that are coming out of our mouths. When my young son asked me what a "parse" was during a raucous rendition of "Winter Wonderland," I started paying closer attention to the songs on the all-day Christmas station and a class was born.

We'll learn about the evolution of the word "terrific" from negative to positive, what it means to be "gay" in songs of old, and more.

We'll spend a half hour learning and laughing (at ourselves for the stuff we didn't know, but thought we did)!
