Dancers! Lets strengthen and stretch our bodies through exercises designed to specifically help you become the best dancer you can be.

Class experience

Our learning goal is to learn these exercises so they can be done independently. Also, to become stronger, more flexible and confident dancers. Knowing what muscles our body is using when dancing not only helps us become stronger dancers, but it helps us in becoming more aware of our bodies when dancing.
I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in dance from the University of NH. I have been teaching dancers for over 16 years, and have my own successful dance studio that has been in business for over 6 years. I have both National and International teaching experience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have.

Assessments Offered
Assessments will be done verbally each class. We will also set goals for ourselves, and at the end of the four weeks we will see how far we have all come.
Grades Offered
- Comfortable clothing
- Water Bottle.
- Small ball or pillow.

*If you have a resistance band, or small 2lb weight you can bring it to class as well.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Occasionally injuries do occur when dancing. They are rare, but can happen when participating in physical activity. I carefully guide, assist, coach and watch during the activity to help prevent any injury.
