I am a middle-grade special education English teacher with a Master's in English Education and have taught grades 3-12. I am passionate about educating others about disability studies and have taught all of these texts in my classroom. For my master's degree, I wrote my dissertation on the importance of positive representation of exceptionalities in literature for youth.
All reading is done outside of class. 30-45 pages per class.
Printouts (posted on the classroom) and novels.
