This class will cover a complete introduction of the violin. 
Class structure will be as follows:

•Introduction and greeting by name

•Lesson
I will teach how to hold the violin and bow correctly, names of violin strings, names of violin and bow parts, how to tune strings (optional with supervisor's consent), how to store the violin and bow in its case (there is a right way!), how to care for the violin and bow (e.g. how to use rosin), and how to place strings on a violin (optional with supervisor's consent).

•Games will be part of the end as we review what has been taught.

•Outro

I will teach using my violin and bow to make the learning experience visual. I teach with patience, friendliness, and expectation so that my students have the best learning experience possible. I will include visual slides to aid in learning.
My teaching style is traditional.
I demonstrate how to do something and the learner then performs what he/she has seen or heard to do.
