US Grade 7 - 10
Beginner - Advanced Level
This class is an ongoing 1-on-1 offering for students who are interested in mastering the concepts on the AMC exam. We will be covering an array of topics based on the student's interest: counting and probability, geometry, algebra, or number theory. This class is structured as a way for students to get consistent exposure to competition math. Each class is split into a short lecture portion on the planned topic for that day, followed by focused questions to explore that topic. Students can expect to be actively engaged throughout the session, verbalizing their thought processes as we solve problems and share approaches together!

Profile
Teacher expertise and credentials
I have competed in a wide range of math competitions since elementary school (TMSCA, MathCounts, AMC, UIL), attending and receiving national recognition for my accomplishments. I was in the top 1% of scorers on the AMC 10 nationally, a 4x AIME participant, and an invited competitor to the MIT Math Prize for Girls competition.

I've been teaching competitive math to students for over 6 years to passionate students, and have created personalized lesson plans and study goals for each individual. Learning such complex topics are challenging and exciting!
