Description
Class Experience
Comma Correction: Using Commas With Energetic Teacher Debra Shepherd will be interactive. This class will include lecture, games, discussion, whole-class practice, and independent practice. We will be using a program which is completely free. You will not need to do anything for your student to be successful. Additionally, there will be homework to reinforce what we practice in class. Students will be able to use commas appropriately by: identification, editing, and creation (the highest for of learning).
Homework will be assigned on www.quill.org. I will create the account for our class, and this will reinforce each lesson we do in class. This work is part of the independent work.
Assessments will be formal and informal.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
