Are you funny? Do you want to learn about comedy? Then this class is for you! We are so excited to teach your child the art of comedy. In this drop-in comedy club, we will learn comedy games, theatre, storytelling, comedy singing, have dance parties, and more. Each week we will learn a new improv or comedy game and act out fun characters and scenarios. The goal is to practice our comedy chops. Each activity will be broken down and no prior experience is necessary. In the last 5 minutes of class, students will have the opportunity to share one or more of their jokes that they prepared for class! Our teaching approach is laid back and student-centered. This is a hands-on performance class, please have room for your child to move, dance, jump around, and play! Teacher: Your class will be taught by a Chicago-based comedy performer! You will have either Ms. Nicole, Miss. Alia, Miss. Kelsey, or Miss Kim!
