Class Experience

I love teaching the classics and this is one of my favorites. Together we will read the story of a sweet little pig who is deeply loved by the young girl called Fern and Charlotte a beautiful grey spider. Together they try and rescue Wilbur from the inevitable Winter feast. Along the way, Wilbur will encounter a sarcastic rat named Templeton who loves trash. A silly goose who likes trouble and a boy called Avery who tries to capture Charlotte.
Each child will have a chance to read a passage and have a discussion with their peers. I will assign a packet to be printed with questions pertaining to the story.

Learning Goals

Students will be exposed to the classics. This can be a substitute Literature class for homeschoolers.
