In this 2 week Multi-day course students will learn to play several Christmas songs on the piano! These are fun festive classes in which your child will improve their piano skills and their playing will bring even more joy to the season!

This is a fun but also educational class for your young one to take to learn how to play seasonal songs for the holidays! Christmas songs are always so fun to play and are sure to bring a smile to everyone's face. In this class we will plan to cover the songs - Jingle Bells, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, and Deck The Halls. If the students master these songs quickly I will add others! If your student has taken any of my piano classes they could fit right in this class! It is requested that students know the names of the keys and a bit of note reading skills before taking this class. If they do not have that experience I advise taking my class "#1 Let's Make Music - Beginner Piano Lessons" before taking this one. In this class students will increase their note reading capabilites, encounter sharps, learn new theory terms, review theory terms they are already familiar with and become more confident in their playing. This class can be taken alongside my other classes if your student is interested in adding some Christmas music to the songs they are learning. I ask my students to practice each song at least 3 times each day. This practice is necessary to keep the songs in their minds and to prepare them for learning the next one and building on their skills. This class will meet once per week for 2 weeks. Students must know their right hand from their left hand to take this class. The attached sheet music must be printed before the first class. A piano or keyboard is required to make this class successful.
