Class Experience

In this one time class , the students will read the book together with the Big Book of Colours  by Felicity Brooks ( used with permission). The students how colours mix and change when combined with others. The students will learn about primary and secondary colours on a colorwheel .The students will be making   a  clown colorwheel .The students will pretend the colorwheel is a colorful pizza.I will be doing it with the students .At the end of the class the students can show the class their...

This class is taught in English.

 White card stock with a color wheel pattern PDF
– Plain white card stock (for the head)
– construction paper in a variety of colors.
– Glue sticks
– Red, yellow and blue tempera paint
– Pencil, scissors and a plastic cup

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Please supervise your student when doing the craft by making sure you are not a camera.
Also it is required to supervise your student when they are using scissors and glue stick.

 We will be reading the book called Big Book of Colours  by Felicity Brooks (used with permission).
