The student will learn useful techniques on how to 
- harmonize colors to create a theme
- technical terms like value, hue, and saturation professional artists use to describe color
- The difference between primary colors, secondary colors, and tertiary colors
- how to contrast cool colors against warm colors
- how to solve problematic color palettes through the use of value plans
- how to make colors look bright and vibrant
- the beauty of grays and browns
- why less is more when it comes to design
- how to make digital paintings look vibrant, organic, and energetic instead of flat and artificial
- how the French impressionists were able to make colors look bright
- the importance of color temperature in Photography
- why color looks one way when placed next to one color, and another when the same color is placed next to a warmer, cooler, darker, or lighter value.
