Class Experience
Do you love drawing, coloring and chatting? Then this class is a great way to share your interests and get involved in group activities and fun! You will be given the opportunity to participate in coloring, craft and drawing activities as we chat about our week. Don’t worry if the conversation doesn’t flow at first as I am on hand to lead and support the chat with lots of ideas and subjects to talk about! Each session will have a 5-minute quiet time where we will color or craft whilst...
This class provide opportunities for learners to take part in creative projects and activities that stretch their imagination. The class will help to increase independence as they make friends and become interested in external events and experiences. The class allow opportunities for learners to express themselves by sharing their ideas and projects through group discussions. The class aims to balance group and solitary 'play' activities by providing opportunities and choice. This class is underpinned by positive reinforcement and encouragement.
Drawing and coloring sheets and other resources will be posted in the classroom before the session. Learners do not have to use these, but it would be nice if the group were able to participate in activities together.
45 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
