Students will need the following information: 1. Obtain High School CEEB Code 2. Obtain GPA Scale 3. Your class rank 4. Your unofficial transcript 5. A copy of your SAT/ACT test scores and dates 6. Citizenship Information: Social Security number (if applicable) or Copy of Green Card (if applicable) 7. A list of academic honors 8.A list of your high school activities
