You've decided that you want to go to college, but now what! Welcome to the starting point of your college search path. During this session you will be learning about 3 topics: 1. Why? Why do you want to apply to college? (There are no right or wrong answers, but identifying your why can help determine which type of college would be best for you.) 2. Finance. How is college going to be paid for? I strongly encourage learners to have this conversation with their parents/guardians before coming to class. 3. What do you want? What type of environment do you want, what major, what location, etc? These three points will jumpstart the college conversation. Often overlooked, these are necessary considerations before diving deeper into the college search process.
