Coding With Boomer:Experienced
Students in this course will need to have some coding experience and be able to read. The class consists of instruction with sequences, loops and conditionals. At the end, each student will share a project they create.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn to sequence when coding. Students will learn to use loops in coding. Students will learn to use conditionals in coding. Students will put skills together to create their own dance party project.
Students may need to work on coding activities between class periods to complete any work we did not finish in class.
Student will be actively coding during class. They may use a second device to code on while meeting on zoom, or code with in the browser on computer. Code.org works on laptops, desktops, ipads, smart phones and chromebooks.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
