This session emphasizes problem-solving, geometry concepts, and creative thinking. Topics Covered: Basics of coding and programming Debugging errors in algorithms Creating designs using angles and geometric patterns Class Structure: Warm-Up (5 minutes): Introduce key concepts like coding, programming, and debugging with simple definitions and real-world examples. Main Activity (45 minutes): Introduction to the Code.org platform with Anna and Elsa Guided snowflake coding activity using block-based programming Practice debugging and refining code for accuracy and creativity Wrap-Up (5 minutes): Reflect on learning outcomes and celebrate student achievements. Teaching Style & Interaction: This class is interactive and hands-on, with students actively coding in real time. They will have opportunities to ask questions, share progress, and collaborate on problem-solving.
