Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the fundamentals of working in a digital 3D environment, manipulating 3D objects, coding basics, and putting it all together to create something which is engaging or useful.
I am an official CoSpaces Trainer & Ambassador, and have been teaching students using this platform for the past 3 years and my digital tech clubs.
Learners will complete weekly challenges or tasks - sometimes as an individual, sometimes as a group. These challenges will have room for creativity, and may require perseverance. At least 2 hours per week should be put aside for working on these challenges.
1 file available upon enrollmentAccounts for CoSpaces Edu and TinkerCad will be set up during the first lesson. Recording screencast videos with audio is highly encouraged, through using https://screencastify.com or similar. This enables students to share their creations with others and explain any issues or questions they have.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
