Is your child taking an AP Language and Composition class or preparing for the AP Lang exam? As an experienced AP Lang teacher and tutor, I have worked with hundreds of students, helping them to learn how to write AP Language essays more effectively, giving them the confidence they need not only for the AP Lang exam but also for their future college courses. Each lesson will be customized to the learner's needs. This can include, but is not limited to, concept review, homework assistance, or essay feedback. Whether discussing synthesis, rhetorical analysis, or argument essays, we will build on the student's existing understanding of key concepts, such as constructing a defensible thesis, embedding evidence, developing commentary, and establishing a line of reasoning in order to help the student can confidence in writing.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of the key concepts of the AP Lang course, thus improving their writing development and style.
