What is climate change? Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Some shifts in temperature have natural reason but what climate scientists have noticed since the early 19th century, is that there has been a noticeable change in the overall planet's climate and weather patterns. I am an experienced classroom primary / elementary school teacher and head of year. I have taught in London, North Africa and the Middle East and am now based in the U.S. With many years of experience and enjoy helping children progress in their academic journey. I pride myself on ensuring that the materials are educational and engaging and that children leave the lesson knowing more than they started. Progressing and moving forward with confidence. I have also completed many training courses to help children become better writers, readers, speakers and mathematicians. I am passionate about making interesting topics accessible for children and have spent many years in the classroom teaching primary science among other topics. I am looking forward to you joining me!
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
