I am an experienced primary / elementary school teacher and head of year with over 20 years in the classroom. I have taught in London, North Africa and the Middle East and am now based in the U.S. With many years of experience and enjoy helping children progress in their academic journey. I pride myself on ensuring that the materials are educational and engaging and that children leave the lesson knowing more than they started. Progressing and moving forward with confidence. DK find out - an online encyclopedia for children that provides information on a wide range of topics, including science, history, geography, and nature. Let Go Zero - an educational website that aims to inspire children to take action against climate change by providing educational resources and fun activities. World Wildlife Fund - an environmental organization that provides educational resources and information about wildlife conservation and sustainability. Our World In Data - a website that provides data and research on a wide range of global issues, including climate change, health, and poverty. Met Office - the UK's national weather service that provides weather forecasts and climate data. Global Carbon Atlas - a website that provides information on carbon emissions and their impact on the environment. BBC.com - the online portal of the British Broadcasting Corporation that provides news and educational content on a wide range of subjects. NASA Climate Kids - an educational website that provides information on climate change and its impact on the planet, as well as fun games and activities for children.
