1 hour per week. Students will need to watch the video presentation for each lesson and clean the assigned tasks. Students are welcome to share photos or message about their experience with that lessons cleaning assignment but it is not required.Class Experience

In this interactive 4-lesson course, we'll focus on cleaning the bathroom by breaking it down into simple, manageable steps. We'll explore how cleaning and organizing effectively helps declutter areas and develop habits that keep spaces tidy over time. Each lesson includes: - **1 engaging video** covering 2-3 specific bathroom areas - Students must watch the video before partaking in the hands-on cleaning session. **Class Structure** (times may vary slightly): - 2 min: Cleaning safety tips - 10-20 min: Instructional segment with cleaning tips, product suggestions, and organizing advice 📋 - 2 min: Discussion on maintenance and building habits 🔄 - 10-30 min: Student cleaning time after the video 🧼 Check the class syllabus for lesson focuses. Sink & Toilet
This lesson we will be going over how to clean the sink and the toilet. 20 mins of video lessons
Lesson 2:
Tub & Shower
In this lesson we will be working on the bathtub and shower. 15 mins of video lessons
Lesson 3:
Cabinets & Mirror
Lets learn about how to organize the cabinets and clean them at the same time, along with cleaning the mirror. 8 mins of video lessons
Lesson 4:
Floors, Doors, & Light Switches
In our last lesson we will be cleaning the floor, door and light switches in the bathroom. 11 mins of video lessons
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Students will be using cleaning chemicals so please make sure they know what is safe for them to use. We will go over basic safety with cleaning products. Students will also be going over dejunking/organizing please look over the spaces we plan to work on each week and advise students what they can and cannot get rid of.
Supply List
Students will need basic cleaning supplies, these may vary depending on what you have on hand. All Purpose Cleaner Cloth For Cleaning (Or Paper Towels) Window/Glass Cleaner Scrubby Sponges Magic Erasers Toilet Cleaner And Brush Broom & Dustpan or Vacuum Mop & Floor Cleaner Optional: Music to listen to as they clean

I also taught community classes for children ages 3-15 at my local community college, helping young learners explore new skills in a fun, interactive environment.
I have training in early childhood education, working with children with special needs, and supporting at-risk youth. I also love being creative—whether it’s crafting, sewing, or cake decorating—and I’m passionate about weaving that creativity into every class. 🎨🎂
