Other Details
Supply List
Students will need about 1/2 pound of clay. I will usually be using a mid-range clay body that I will be firing in my kiln but students can participate with any clay substance that they have. Air dry clay From Crayola is really nice and so is oven bake clay by Sculpey. Regular play-doh or even salt dough will be fine - just not as durable as the other options.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Llamas have been a popular topic in my art & pottery studio that the kids always seem to enjoy. Working with clay can take a bit of patience but is appropriate for all skill levels. I love teaching kids of all ages how to use clay to create with.
