Let's chat and get our hands dirty! This class will help your beginning artist gain confidence in their sculpting skills. To begin class students will introduce themselves and we will go over class rules. From here will discuss the weekly sculpting prompts ( listed below). Students will gather their supplies and clay colors as I visually display examples of the weeks prompt. This class will be a very social class as we create along side each other. Learners will explore polymer clay while learning new techniques and exploring their creativity.
Clay - Air Dry or Polymer Clay Sculpting Tools - Pen, Toothpick, Spoon, or Store Bought Set Cup of Water Paper Towel Working Surface - Clay can be messy. I suggest a Silicon mat or parchment paper
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental Guidance Required - Baking polymer clay at 250 for 30 minutes.
