Let’s sculpt some beautifully soft Rainbows to decorate our space with. We will create our own custom colored clay! Using White Air-Dry Foam Clay.

Description

Class Experience

In this class, we will work together to learn the steps needed to create each portion of our beautiful pastel rainbows.
Air-Dry Clay (Model magic) will be used, so no baking is needed.
Different camera views will be used to show each step of the way. We will condition, cut, roll and form our pieces. Then, we will assemble our parts and add details. The supplies are listed below and are necessary to complete the project.

We will be creating our own custom colors of clay using water based...

This class is taught in English.

Air-Dry Foam Clay (like Crayola Model Magic) in White

A toothpick to create a hole for hanging up

A cutting tool (can be a spatula or anything you feel comfortable cutting with)

A non stick surface to work on

Water based markers (like Crayola washable markers)

(We will be making our own colored clay....Colors can be made by adding washable marker to white clay and "smooshing" it together!)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
