This eight week class will be a continuation of Class Guitar for Beginners, Level 12. Student progress will differ according to the amount of practice, prior musical knowledge, ect…Students will review what we learned in Classes 1-11 and then continuing to learn how to read music, play melodies, and play chords in the keys of C, A minor, G, D, A, and E. Through reading guitar sheet music and playing the guitar, students gain musical knowledge that is beneficial for learning other instruments...
This class is taught in English.
In Class Guitar for Beginners, Class 11, we will concentrate on playing "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik" and arpeggiating chords.
Homework will include a minimum of practicing assigned exercises and songs for 30 minutes a day.
Guitar. Most of the sheet music will be provided as pdf files.
An informal assessment will be sent out. If you would like a letter grade or written report please send me a message.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
