Class 2: Introduction To Video Editing Using iMovie (Desktop or Laptop) 9-12yo

In this one time class, students will focus on adding external features to a video. Students will learn how to add music and adjust the volume with a fade in and out, and we will learn how to add text and pictures to a video with transitions. I will also share resources of where to find music you are allowed to use for videos that already have copyright approval.

During each, learners will get multiple chances to ask questions, share their screens and get the answers and guidance needed. My teaching style is hands on so we learn by doing. I usually will demonstrate by example and then ask the class to repeat and practice the skills I just showed them.

This class will be strictly for students learning on a computer with iMovie.
