Please note that this class is for ages 7-10. I offer another class for ages 10-12. You can decide where your 10 year old would be more comfortable. 10 year olds are welcome in both classes. Kids often don't realize that they are responsible for controlling their attitude, or if they do, they think it's impossible. A change of outlook is a learnable skill, but it takes practice. In this class, we will explore the idea of being able to control your attitude through controlling your thoughts, words and actions. Sometimes it helps kids to hear the same thing you've already told them, but through someone else :) Parents, I've got your back!
