Circle Social Time With Pixar Friends

In this ongoing class, we will explore a new Pixar character each week which will be an icebreaker to encourage socializing among friends. Circle time is a time for important social interactions among young children. It supports the development of having positive relationships between kids through engaging and fun activities. It also uses skills needed for preschool and kindergarten like song and movement, "Show & Share Time", playing fun PIXAR movie games, songs, Pixar character drawing of the week, and calendar (days of the week, month of the year, date, and year).

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Once a week homework completion can be uploaded through LEARNERS' tab or shown in class for "Show & Share Time". It will be a calendar, letter or number recognition, coloring a Pixar character or dot-to-dot activity to further skills beyond the classroom.
1. Writing tools (pencil with an eraser) 2. Markers/Crayons/Color Pencils 3. Construction paper/Blank printing paper for art 4. Glue (stick/liquid) 5. Safety scissors (no sharp edges) - Parental guidance is highly encourage during any scissor activity
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
If scissors are used during class time, I highly encourage that an adult is present to prevent/avoid any injuries that may occur. Also, should your child need support cutting, this would be a great time to build confidence in your child.
