Description
Class Experience
Learners will be introduced to the basics of keyboarding technique including correct posture and finger placement while typing Christmas themed words and sentences (plus an exciting escape room adventure through the North Pole).
Apples2Zippers Learning Academy teachers are licensed and certified instructors with over 30 years of combined experience in the classroom.
Learners must have access to the internet and a laptop or desktop COMPUTER for this class.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Learners will receive verbal feedback from the teacher during class on their typing accuracy and lesson progress, based on data in the Typing.com teacher account.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Typing.com requires a username and password. These will be created by the teacher and sent to you via Outschool private message shortly before class begins. If you are a first-time typing learner with Apples2Zippers, you will receive a temporary username/password to use for this class sessions ONLY. If you have already enrolled in Apples2Zippers typing classes in the past, you will have a Typing.com login already. This login can be used for this class also. Please check your email shortly before class begins for instructions on setting up students' devices prior to class beginning. Thank you! Apples2Zippers is committed to our learners' education. We understand how difficult setting your family's schedule can be setting activities and classes.
