Description

Class Experience

In this class, students will create their own Christmas tree twirler. They will cut, glue, and color the pieces of their own Christmas tree twirler and students will be able to socialize with other students. At the end of class, each student will get to share their Christmas tree twirler with the group. I encourage all students to have fun in class, be respectful of everyone's feelings and thoughts, and always have positive vibes and a positive mindset. We are all here to learn and we only...

- Per tree a paper plate (1 paper plate will make 1 Christmas tree twirler. You may want another paper plate nearby in case you make a mistake and need another paper plate to start over). 
- Green markers or crayons
- Coloured paper we used “paper scraps” and focussed on rainbow colors (use any colors you want! These will be for the ornaments on the Christmas tree twirler).
- Scissors
- Hole puncher
- Glue bottle, Glue stick, or tape
- String (any color will work!)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Students will need to use scissors to cut out the items for this class. Parents may want to help students cut these items out before class to help the student.
