Description

Class Experience

Celebrate Christmas in this fun STEM way. Make Christmas themed games to play with friends and see who beats the highest score. Students will learn the basics of coding and game development in this class, using MIT's block cased coding platform Scratch 3.0 
These games can be combined to make levels for a big game or else made into separate 3 games.

Day 1: Gift Giver  - Students will learn how to make a simple catch game where Santa gets to fly and distribute the gifts.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Scratch 3.0

4 hours 10 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
