Young children’s attention spans are short, and their bodies need to move. I provide music and movement activities because research shows that exposure to music and movement can improve children’s learning. We will quickly do a few stretches to warm our muscles up. The child will need to wear comfortable clothing, have an open space with room to wiggle, and a water bottle close by. *Christmas songs in this class will remain secular in focus.*
