In this limited December class, Learners will be presented a different Christmas themed build each week. Week 1: Gingerbread houses Week 2: Winter Wonderland Week 3: Snowflakes and Christmas ornaments Week 4: Santa and his reindeer Each class, the Learner will be shown a brief tutorial based on the theme to get them started then they are free to build their own unique interpretation of the weekly theme. At the end of each class, Learners will take turns presenting what they have built. This class will help with public speaking and foster a fun sense of LEGO community allowing Learners to share their creations and chat with each other!

Teacher expertise and credentials
I come from a family of educators. In my professional career I am always helping and eventually training others so it must be in my blood. I am looking forward to being able to share some of my interest with Learners. We will explore topics from Lego work where we will talk about female architects all the way to getting our hands dirty working with clay! I have a degree in Political Science with a minor in the Arts so my classes will not be lecture style but hands on while speaking about but fun facts where students will learn while crafting. I have many years of experience working with youth of many ages. I hope to be able to foster the love of learning using this platform. My classes will be full of participation so everyone has a chance to talk, ask questions, and share ideas!
