In this one time class students will work side by side with the teacher via zoom to make Figgy pudding for their horse. We will start by cutting up our ingredients. Students will be using a knife, so please make sure they understand knife safety prior to enrolling in class, we do not want any accidents! After we have all of our ingredients prepped we will mix up our Figgy Pudding. This recipe is a No bake recipe so we will not be using the oven. While we are working we will talk about...
oats 1 large apple 1 large carrot molasses dried figs knife carrot shredder cutting board measuring cup small mixing bowl small individual size freezer safe dishes (this will be used to store your figgy pudding, this is a treat for your horse, so you will want a small horse serving size bowl)
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be using a sharp knife to cut up ingredients. Please make sure they know how to safely use a knife prior to signing up for class.
