In this one-time class, we will get in Holiday Spirit with a Bluey story, playing a fun scavenger hunt type game and dance to fun Holiday themed music!

During this live, one-time class, we will read a Bluey story and dance to Bluey and Holiday music! We will begin by getting to know each other a bit then read "Bluey: Veranda Santa" by Bluey. We will then stand up for a quick fun warmup to the Bluey Theme Song! After warming up, we will dance to two different Holiday songs: 1. Santa Claus is Coming to Town! 2. Jingle Bells! We will then play our very own game of "Veranda Santa." This is somewhat of a Scavenger Hunt, but there are really no specific things to grab. The story will explain how the game works! =) Learners will be sent activity pages following our class together that are not required, but just for fun!

Parental Guidance
There is risk with any sort of movement/exercise class. Please be sure to make the instructor aware of any health complications or extra risk that the student may have that could prevent the safety of the learner. Adequate space, proper attire, and a water bottle may be wanted for this class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
