Description

Class Experience

There is always so much excitement during the holidays let use that to create some great Christmas crafts. Join me in this drop in craft class to create fun Christmas crafts. Being crafty and artistic helps build problem solving and creative thinking skills for later in life. 
Week of 11/29 - We will make paper plate Christmas wreaths. You will need scissors, green, red and white pom poms, paper plate and glue.  
Week of 12/6 - We will work on making Christmas cards. You will need buttons,...

I have worked with children ages 3-11 in a variety of settings. I taught preschool for 8 years and have a early childhood educational degree.

Week of 11/29 - scissors, green, red and white pom poms and glue.  
Week of 12/6 -  buttons, crayons, markers, glue, paper, scrap wrapping paper and what every else you would like to use to make Christmas cards. 
Week of 12/13 - markers or crayons and different colored pom poms, paper plates, stapler and glue.
Week of 12/20 - ground cinnamon, apple sauce, white school glue, cookie cutters, ribbon, bowl and rolling pin.

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Learners may need help with making and cutter materials.
