In this one-time class, learners will be guided to create a paper Yoda ornament, using simple materials. Learners can keep it for their own tree or can give it as a gift! This interactive class will include step-by-step instructions.
Class experience
In this one-time class, we will create a Yoda Santa ornament. We can do this using simple materials: construction paper, scissors, a glue stick, and string or ribbon. A complete list is in the materials section below. This will be an interactive class that includes step-by-step instructions by the teacher. I have two screens visible so that students can see me creating, as well as speaking. This will allow learners to follow along with my live instructions. I break each step down, so...
I always enjoyed art as a child, and continued to take art classes at the college level and as an adult. I enjoy using art to teach and engage online learners.
Your learner will need: -Construction or colored paper (one piece of each: green, red, white, black, pink, yellow. All, except green, can be substituted with white paper and a marker or crayon.) -Glue stick (can use liquid glue as a substitute) -Scissors -A cup or glass to trace -Pencil -String, twine or ribbon about 12 inches long
This project involves cutting with scissors. Please monitor your learner's safety during this part of the project.
