Python is a good language to learn programming concepts since there are various open libraries and Python is used in a lot of projects these days. Python is a versatile coding language and it is fun to learn graphics in Python. Learners in this class will learn how to use turtle graphics and create a Christmas greeting. They will learn on how to code , using loops and get a knowledge on the x and y axis for positioning. Day 1: Creating falling snow and writing the greeting - understanding loops and pen up and down function Day 2 and 3 : Making a snowman - drawing circles and other shapes Day 4 and 5 : Making a christmas tree with blinking lights - understanding positions and coding for blinking lights, colour change This class requires learners to have a free signup on Replit.com , which is an online python editor and works on most computers and browsers. This class is an interactive class where the students will be asked to share their screens if they need assistance for debugging.
