Christmas Around the World With Mrs. Whitney: Let's Travel and Learn

In this one time class we will journey around the world as we learn how other countries and places celebrate Christmas. We will learn about Christmas in France, Mexico, Germany, Israel, Australia, Sweden, The Netherlands, England, India, and America. We will discuss traditions and ways other cultures celebrate by looking at a powerpoint to show visuals and guide discussion. If students would like, they will be allowed to share their own experiences and traditions. We can learn from each other. We celebrate diversity and how everyone is unique. This class is to expose learners to other cultures and traditions in a fun, engaging way.
