Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to: -discuss their favorite Christmas traditions -describe several traditional ways Christmas is celebrated -build an acceptance and understanding of other cultures
I have my professional educators license for the state of Illinois. I also have acquired an endorsement to teach middle school social studies grades 5-9. I currently specialize in teaching cultural anthropology. I present non-biased, well rounded views of different cultures. I consider social studies and cultural studies an expertise of mine. I am constantly enriching my own education in these fields to give my students the most up to date and accurate information. I have always had a passion for learning about new cultures. I hope to build an interest in cultural studies among your students as well!
Students will need the Nearpod app or website. The class code will be given at the start of class for students to join.
