I have been a vegetarian my whole life. My experience includes a lifetime of concern for animal welfare and the environment. I have studied the topic and understand how important it is to see it from all angles, including from those who disagree with the diet. I spent six weeks cooking vegetarian meals for large groups at a retreat center. In this class, we will debunk myths and learn to spot fact from fiction to be better educated on the topic.
