Class Experience

A terrine dish, but for desserts. This baking class is all about combining any rich chocolate you can lay your hands on to create this beautiful rectangular dish.
A simple recipe, perfect for holidays, special occasions and more importantly, chocolate cravings. A rich dark chocolate is amazing for your health, but of course, the choice of chocolate is yours. In my dessert I used black cocoa chocolate with a mix of a few blocks of sweet chocolate to preserve some sweetness.
The decoration can be done with caramel, chocolate dipped fruits/nuts and sprinkled cocoa powder (like in the video).
As in all my classes, I will be teaching and cooking side by side with you, guiding you in every step (^∆^ ) !! I'll be teaching you baking techniques as needed in this recipe along with the knowledge of substitute and alternate methods in case needed.
No experience is required for the students. This class shall be a relaxed and a fun experience. My teaching style is very flexible and I go along with the pace of the students, making sure each and every one catches up and feels confident to continue.
