Description
Class Experience
By the end of this class each student will learn basic kitchen safety, kitchen measurements, How to sub different ingredients to suit different dietary needs, how to decorate a basic cupcake and above all each student will have expanded their pallet Into the world of gluten-free baking
The recipe calls for 2 cups of cooked and cooled quinoa. Each student will need to have 2 cups of quinoa ready to go when class starts. Measuring cups and spoons, blender,( I will be using a ninja blender ) large mixing bowl, muffin tin, muffin liners, mixing spoon and spatula, piping bag with a 2D needle with coupling rod, or Ziploc sandwich bag, mixer
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
In this class we will be using certain kitchen equipment that may require a parent to be close by. Using a blender anesthesia also need to use the oven and a mixer. In this class there is also some pre-work that needs to be done prior to the class. The recipe calls for 2 cups of cooked and cooled quinoa.
