Class Experience

Cooked Rice Mixed Vegetable 2 - 3 eggs 200 gram Chicken breast, Ground Beef, or Shrimp Dark& Light Soy Sauce Chinese cooking wine Salt & Pepper Cooking oil or Butter 1 small onion Green onion
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In this class, we will use a knife. cutting board, stove while cooking with parental guidance.  The ingredients include cooked Rice, Chinese cooking wine, light and dark sauce, mixed vegetables, and egg. For learners with food allergies and food sensitivities, please read the ingredient carefully. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients you can just skip that and use other ingredients instead.
