The student and teacher will discuss scenarios in which the teacher will give feedback and allow students to ask questions.Class Experience
Students can expect to learn how to manage stress as they navigate their teenage years. Students will learn what causes stress and ways to minimize it Students will also participate in exercises where they will listen to scenarios and decide what is the best course of action depending on each situation. Students will also be provided with tips on how to manage their emotions when they become stressed or overwhelmed. This class does not substitute for therapy with a licensed professional. This course provides tips and feedback

Teacher expertise and credentials
Over the years of working with teenagers at various clubs and schools, I have taught and given several 7-8 week-long workshops to young men ages 10-14 and 14-17 on self-esteem, what their emotions may be doing, as well as what it means to take their mental health seriously.
