In this course, we talk about what stress is, tips on how to manage it as a teenager, and ways to improve our daily thinking

Class experience

Students will learning techniques on how to manage stress and what to do to minimize its effects.  
Over the years of working with teenagers at various clubs and schools, I have taught and given several 7-8 week-long workshops to young men ages 10-14 and 14-17 on self-esteem, what their emotions may be doing, as well as what it means to take their mental health seriously.

The student and teacher will discuss scenarios in which the teacher will give feedback and allow students to ask questions.
Grades Offered

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
